We invite you to a family-run cheese bar, where nice atmosphere, unique artisan cheese and warm hospitability awaits you. This family has been producing cheese for a long time already, although the idea of a cheese bar came from their 14 year old daughter. Upon arrival you'll have a little tour around the boutique cheese factory and cellar, see how everything is produced, get to know with the family's history, check out the building from the past century.
You'll be served 7 sorts of cheese and three dishes: melted cheese with mushroom or pork, "tolma" in grape leaves with buffalos matsoni and khachapuri with odlisi nettles cheese. Wine: Red Saperavi and White Rkatsiteli.
Here one can stay for hours, you can either relax in the courtyard or enjoy old movies and jazz music in the bar.
If you are lucky, you might come across the seasonal market and buy artisan made products such as honey, butter and many more.
