Our Kakheti tour provides you with a day in one of Georgia's most breathtaking regions. Kakheti is renowned for producing some of the finest wines in the country. Nearly three-quarters of Georgia's wine grapes are cultivated here, and archaeological evidence suggests that wine has been crafted in this region for thousands of years. Each village in Kakheti is celebrated for its distinct variety of wine, including renowned names like Kindzmarauli, Akhasheni, Teliani, and Mukuzani. These wines bear the names of the places where they are meticulously produced.

We will visit:

  • Wine cellar: Embark on an excursion to a charming wine cellar with a complimentary wine tasting experience. This family-owned Georgian traditional wine cellar, located on the route to the enchanting city of Love, Signagi, is the perfect destination for those who appreciate homemade Georgian wine and chacha prepared in accordance with the time-honored traditions and recipes of Georgia. You will be welcomed by a warm and hospitable host who will proudly introduce you to the exquisite ChachaGon and share a heartfelt Georgian toast. The best part is that wine tasting is absolutely complimentary for our company's guests!
  • Masster classes - baking Georgian bread for guests of our company for Free!
  • The Monastery of St. Nino in Bodbe, originally constructed in the 9th century, stands as one of Georgia's prominent pilgrimage destinations. This monastery is the final resting place of St. Nino, the Cappadocian maiden who played a pivotal role in converting the Georgian people to Christianity as early as 337 AD. The monastery offers a mesmerizing panorama of the Alazani Valley and the snow-clad Caucasus Mountains, making it a truly awe-inspiring location.
  • Sighnaghi, often referred to as the "City of Love," is the most picturesque town in Kakheti. It was originally established in the 18th century under the patronage of King Erekle II, who ordered the construction of defensive walls and 28 towers to protect against Lezgian invasions. The town offers breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley and the majestic Caucasus Mountains beyond. Following a leisurely stroll through the town, we will treat you to a traditional dinner workshop where you can learn how to prepare authentic Georgian dishes. You'll also have the opportunity to savor traditional treats such as Churchkhela (candies made with grape juice) and Pelamushi.
