Tour starts with Green Monastery. The Green Monastery is a serene religious site dating back to the 9th century. Its lush green surroundings and beautiful frescoes in the St. George church attract visitors seeking both history and natural beauty. In the 16th century, the monastery was raided and monks were tortured and killed. Even today, the traces of blood can be seen, miraculously.

The next stop Rabati. Rabati is a historic fortress in Akhaltsikhe, dating back to the 9th century. With a mix of architectural styles, including mosques, churches, and a citadel, it reflects the region's rich history under various empires. Today, Rabati's well-preserved complex attracts visitors for its captivating heritage and scenic location amidst Akhaltsikhe's stunning landscapes.

Last stop is Vardzia. Vardzia is a 12th-century cave monastery complex in Georgia, carved into Erusheti Mountain near Aspindza. With over 6000 caves across 13 levels, it served as a refuge and spiritual center for King George III's kingdom. The site features stunning frescoes, murals, and inscriptions, offering visitors a glimpse into medieval Georgian art and culture. Today, Vardzia is a popular pilgrimage site and tourist destination, showcasing the region's rich history and natural beauty.
